Some people work their way through life, others half ass it, mail it in, go through the motions, skate through life. Looks like someone forgot their skates or they decided it was time to go to work.
I was driving to work this morning and I had an epiphany. Phoenix Chestnut on the silver screen. I can't give details of my idea because someone might steal it. It's great though. I can see it being a sleeper hit, perhaps with a few major accolades thrown in. Perhaps have shown at Sundance and Cannes. And of course it has to have an amazing soundtrack. Let me get my writing cap on!
I worked 13 out of 14 days recently. I'm finishing up another stretch of work. I'm ready for some beers and tacos. Looks like someone needed something a little harder. Cheers to my "weekend". Golf and baseball on the agenda.
Howdy y'all! Phoenix Chestnut here! Just checking in. The warm weather is here in Sacramento, which means it's time for cutoff shorts. I used to look down on cutoffs when I was younger. I thought it looked sloppy. I thought only poor people did it. As I've gotten older, I've taken a liking to them. They're very comfortable and almost anything goes with them...t shirts, polo shirts, Hawaiian shirts, tank tops, and jerseys (baseball, football and basketball). And you can wear them anywhere...the gym, the beach, ballgames, brunch, the pool, playing pickleball, concerts, anywhere! I have about six pairs now. I love them. I saw this picture of some Canadian boys wearing cutoffs at a car show. I always think that summer is here when that picture goes viral in June. Until next time!
